As part of its permanent commitment to recruiting talent, MAPFRE RE has offered 15 graduates the opportunity to launch their professional careers as part of an international team on the MAPFRE RE Global Trainee Program 2017.
MAPFRE RE is seeking digital natives who have multifunctional profiles, higher education in business administration and management, actuarial sciences, economics, physics, mathematics, engineering, international relations, etc., proficient English skills, a strong client- and results-centric approach, who are committed, and capable of analytical thought and working in a team.
The program ends on August 21.
The selection process began with candidates submitting applications via the MAPFRE RE Global Trainee Program 2017 website. There have been a series of tests and interviews before the choice of the final candidates.
Those selected will join the MAPFRE RE workforce and will be provided training in reinsurance as well as MAPFRE’s culture and values. The second phase will see them assigned to one of MAPFRE RE’s offices around the world.
