MAPFRE REs office, MAPFRE RE DO BRASIL, has been awarded by the magazine Asegurador Brasil with the award “Renowned reinsurer operating in Brazil”. This prize recognizes the compromise of the Group reinsurer with the development of the Brazilian market.
The awards for different categories from the Magazine Asegurador Brasil highlight the management of companies belonging to the insurance and reinsurance market. In order to bestow these prizes, technical assessment and analysis is done by one of the main specialists in the country, the Economist, Luiz Roberto Castiglione.
MAPFRE RE is at Brazil since 1996, proving its constant compromise with the market. In 2009 and after the opening of reinsurance at the country, it was registered as a local reinsurer, MAPFRE RE DO BRASIL with the aim of attending the continuous cover demands of the market.
