It took place on March 12th at MAPFRE RE’s offices in Paseo de Recoletos.
Daniel Quermia, Deputy General Manager and CFO of MAPFRE RE, participated in this event and it was a great opportunity not only to show the current status of the initiative, the actions developed and the vision of several of its protagonists, but also to make an analysis of its benefits and its potential future development.
MAPFRE RE, as a member of the Ruschlikon community since 2015, seeks to improve efficiency and promote digital automation throughout the entire value chain of the (re)insurance industry, and in this way, optimize back-office processes such as technical accounting, claims management and payment and collection of remittances between the intervening parties.
In an inflationary environment such as the current one, the development and implementation of new tools to meet the various challenges in the field of process automation and digitization is of relevance. In this way, operational risks are neutralized and response times between the parties involved in the contracts are minimized.
