The sixth edition of the MAPFRE RE International Forum took place during the fortnight of May.
It gathered clients from 13 countries such as Belgium, China, France, Greece, Indonesia, Japan, Malta, Philippines, Slovenia, Spain, Netherlands, Tunisia and Turkey.
Eduardo Pérez de Lema, General Manager at MAPFRE RE, hosted the Closing ceremony of this important discussion forum. Conferences were given by MAPFRE RE’s managers and by executives from Group MAPFRE’s different companies.
In this new edition, the agenda included conferences related to Motor insurance experience, the Euro-zone crisis, catastrophic exposures management and rating agencies. Visits to CESVIMAP at Ávila, VERTI and to the new MAPFRE Data Processing Centre at Alcalá de Henares, where industrial information technologies equipments give service to the Group in Spain, were organized.
