If you are aware of any possible irregular, illegal situation or conduct that infringes either the law or MAPFRE RE’s own internal regulations, then the Internal Information System of MAPFRE RE is at your disposal to communicate the observed facts confidentially, anonymously (if you so wish), with total protection against any type of retaliation, as per the terms set out in the Policy and Procedure that regulate the MAPFRE RE’s Internal Information System.

    PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:

    The Reporting Party is hereby informed about the processing that the controller MAPFRE RE, COMPAÑÍA DE REASEGUROS, S.A., hereinafter MAPFRE RE, with address in Paseo de Recoletos nº25, 28004 Madrid, (Spain) will carry out of :(I) their personal data, voluntarily provided through the MAPFRE RE Internal Reporting System relating to the reporting of breaches committed within said entity, which is governed by the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union Law, and in the applicable local regulations transposing said Directive and; (II) of the documentation sent to MAPFRE RE in support of your Complaint, as well as any communications or international transfers of the data that may take place, all for the purposes detailed in the “Additional Data Protection Information”.

    The Reporting Party guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the personal data provided, MAPFRE RE reserves the right to reject false allegations, without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken.

    Purposes: To process, investigate and resolve any indications and/or complaints received regarding incidents that are allegedly unlawful or contrary to MAPFRE RE internal rules, as detailed in the “MAPFRE RE Internal Information System Policy” and in the “MAPFRE RE Internal Information System Procedure”.
    Adopt appropriate disciplinary measures and/or promote the judicial or investigative proceedings that may arise from the same.
    Manage and investigate public disclosures regarding the reported facts that MAPFRE RE becomes aware of.

    Legal Basis:Compliance with legal obligations. Legitimate interest.

    Recipients:MAPFRE RE Internal Information System Committee, in the terms indicated in the section “Additional Data Protection Information”. Data may be disclosed to third parties and/or transferred to third countries in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Additional Information.

    Rights:The data subjects may exercise their rights of access to, rectification of, and erasure of their data; their right to limit or object to processing of their data, and their right to data portability, as detailed in Additional Information on Data Protection.
