Accesibility
It has been designed in keeping with international consortium WC3’s web content accessibility guidelines at the AA compliance level, thereby offering all visitors smoother browsing throughout the site.
We are currently working on enhancing the site’s overall accessibility, embracing all its sections and content, such as PDF documents. The following sections including the home page and subsections (except pop-ups) have been W3C AA compliant since 25th May 2007:

Functionality and keyboard-based browsing
Using the Tab key you can access all the elements shown on any page on MAPFRE RE’s site.
When you are over the element desired (links, buttons, etc), keying Enter will perform the same action as left-clicking the mouse.
Clearly readable graphics
All graphics (images, banners, etc) have a text description of the information they contain.
This functionality allows correct identification of all graphics and their content.
A printable version is available for all pages
All site pages have a special printer-friendly link available.
Content is compatible with all browsers, including those not supporting JavaScript, plug-ins, etc
All site pages have been designed to provide correct visualization with browsers that do not support CSS.
No special technology is therefore required to visualize and browse the MAPFRE RE site.
Zoom link options (A+) and (A-) always available
The user can use the zoom utility links on any page to blow up or shrink text as desired.
This does not affect the original layout or visualization quality.
