Last 10 May, the second edition of MAPFRE Reinsurance Day was celebrated and the CAT reinsurance structure for MAPFRE Group 2018 – 2019 was presented.
About 100 people from 36 reinsurers and brokers from around the world attended the event. On the part of MAPFRE, Fernando Mata, CFO at MAPFRE, Alexis Sánchez, CEO at MAPFRE Puerto Rico, Eduardo Pérez de Lema, CEO at MAPFRE RE and Fernando Utrilla, Assistant General Manager at MAPFRE RE were also in attendance together with the team who manages MAPFRE Group Business.
CAT reinsurance needs for MAPFRE were explained for the period 1 July 2018 – 30 June 2019.
After the event, there was a cocktail at MAPFRE RE in Paseo de Recoletos 25.
